What is your Cancellation and Refund Policy?
We offer a customer-first Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellation before shipment: Full refund will be processed.
- Return/Replacement: Applicable if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the ordered item.
- Return Window: You must initiate a return within 7 working days of delivery.
- Repair First Approach: If repair is possible through our service team, a technician will attempt resolution before approving a replacement.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3 working days after approval and typically credited within 7–10 working days, depending on the bank.

How do I register my product for warranty?
To register your product:
- Visit our Warranty Registration Page.
- Fill in the required details.
- Upon successful submission, your product will be registered for warranty.
We recommend registering your product within 7 days of receiving it.
How do I claim warranty if I experience an issue?
If your product faces any issues within the warranty period:
- Visit our Warranty Claim Page.
- Complete the warranty claim form.
- Our support team will contact you within 2–3 business days for assistance and resolution.
What is the delivery timeline for orders?
We offer two delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days.
- Next Day Delivery: Available at additional cost for orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Thursday.
Please note: Deliveries are made only on business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude public holidays.
For remote areas (e.g., North Eastern India, Ladakh, Leh, Extreme South), delivery timelines may extend to 48–72 hours.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive an email with the courier tracking number.
- If you provided a mobile number, you will also get SMS/WhatsApp notifications when your order is out for delivery.
What if I miss my delivery?
If you are unavailable during the delivery:
- The delivery partner will leave a card with instructions.
- Re-delivery will be attempted up to 3 times.
- After 3 failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
Where do you deliver? Are there any delivery restrictions?
We deliver across India.
However, deliveries to PO Box addresses are not possible.
Additionally, Next Day Delivery is unavailable for remote locations like North Eastern India, Ladakh, Leh, and Extreme South of India — deliveries there take 48–72 hours.
