Delivery Information

We offer a standard 3 to 5 working day delivery service with the option for next day service at additional cost.

  • Orders place before 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday for standard 3 to 5 day delivery
  • Orders placed before 2.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday for next day delivery
  • Orders placed before 2.00 p.m. Friday will be delivered on the following Monday on next day service

Delivery Days

  • Delivery days cover business days Monday to Friday
  • Delivery days do not include Bank Holidays

When your parcel arrives

  • Our delivery partners may not necessarily obtain a signature for any delivery. If this is the case you will be asked to give your name, which the driver will record on the terminal and also write “COVID19” against the POD so we have a record of why there is no physical customer signature
  • Alternatively, a photo may be taken of the parcel in the open door. This will then be used for the sole purpose of proof of delivery
  • These measures are to prevent the handheld terminals being passed around multiple people

Unable to attend when parcel arrives

  • If you are not able to attend to the driver then a card will be left
  • Depending on the delivery partner used, they will try and re-deliver between 1 and up to a maximum of 3 attempts
  • Failure to deliver will result in your parcel being returned to us

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the couriers consignment number
  • If you have provided a mobile number you should receive a text message or whatsapp advising when the order is out for delivery

Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently cannot deliver to PO Box numbers. Please make sure you use Correct & complete address
  • Deliveries to the following areas are not available on a next day service, this is replaced by 48-72h service:
    • North Eastern Parts of INDIA
    • Ladakh, Leh
    • Extreme South of India
