1. Home Inspection & Survey (Free)
After your charger is delivered, a certified technician will visit your location to check if installation is feasible. This visit includes:
- Checking sanctioned load and energy consumption
- Verifying earthing and voltage
- Inspecting cable route and charger placement
- Assessing accessibility of your parking area
After the visit, you’ll receive a detailed installation readiness report.
This inspection is complimentary and ensures the installation goes smoothly without surprises.
2. Installation Service (Optional & Paid – ₹2,999 Postpaid)
If you'd like our technician to handle the installation, you can select this option during product purchase.
What’s included:
- Professional installation service: Mounting of charger, cable laying, termination, and commissioning.
Please note:
- The ₹2,999 fee covers service only.
- Hardware/accessories such as cables, MCB, MCB box, conduit, and other components will be charged separately, based on the technician’s inspection report.
- This amount is not collected at checkout. It is paid directly to the technician during installation.

We provide 2 RFID Tags with every charger. If you need additional Tags, you can conveniently purchase them from our website as an accessory.
