Power Supply: The charger requires a dedicated 3-phase electrical connection with sufficient sanctioned load capacity to ensure stable and efficient operation.
Cable Specification: Use high-quality 5-core copper wiring with a minimum size of 6 sq. mm. For areas exposed to higher temperatures or longer cable runs, a 10 sq. mm copper cable is recommended for enhanced safety and performance.
Proper Grounding: Make sure the electrical connection is correctly grounded/earthened to reduce the risk of electrical faults and ensure user safety.
Protection Components: Install a 40A 4-pole MCB along with an SPD (Surge Protection Device) and an RCD/RCCB to safeguard the charger from voltage spikes, short circuits, leakage current, and other electrical issues.
Voltage Protection: In locations where voltage fluctuations are common, it is advisable to use a compatible voltage stabilizer for consistent charger performance and equipment protection.
